Explanation
In this study, two samples of employees belonging to an organization were used to assess the psychometric properties of the Organizational Bullshit Perception Scale (OBPS).
This scale is designed to recognize and measure the "organizational bullshit" that exists in the workplace. Workplace bullshit is operationalized as individuals within an organization who speak out regardless of the truth, and through analysis there are three factors of organizational bullshit.
