Trends in dating applications after COVID-19 vaccination

https://yougov.co.uk/topics/lifestyle/survey-results/daily/2021/05/21/eeb3b/3

This is not a study or anything,

but rather the result of a poll, but I found it interesting so I wrote about it.

The study looked at impressions of dating partners after the widespread use of the COVID-19 vaccination. According to the survey, they would not date someone unless they had been vaccinated. (28%) Would prefer to be vaccinated, but would not turn down a date. (31%) I don't care if they are vaccinated or not. (21%) It doesn't matter if I'm not vaccinated, but being vaccinated is more desirable as a dating partner. (2%) I would not date someone who is vaccinated. (2%) Don't know (17%).

Looking at this trend,

the author felt that people may not be as particular about vaccinations as they think they are. The reason for this was that half of the respondents had conflicting opinions about whether they wanted to be vaccinated or not, and this suggests that many people prioritize dating and other goals over vaccination.

Psychological studies have shown that people who don't like to be vaccinated tend to distrust the government, medical institutions, and vaccines, so the word "vaccine" may help people think about these thoughts when choosing a future date. It is up to the individual to decide how they feel about the results, but I found it interesting that the author was able to learn about some of the beliefs of the other person.

You can see this survey in the link above, so please take a look.
