About Foot Flexibility
There are four checks you can do now.
Flexibility check
1)Heel lift, toe up, toe down (thumbs bent towards the soles))
2)Roll a golf ball with the soles of your feet.
3) Grab a towel with your feet.
4) Grab a ball and move it from right to left
What do you think?
If you can't do any of the four, your muscle strength may be weak.
If you can't do it, your muscles may be weak and you need to strengthen them.
If you can't do it, you may have muscle weakness and need to strengthen your muscles.
It is recommended that you consult a specialist.
The four are advocated by the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society to maintain flexibility.
Reasons why people can't do it
1)They don't walk.
2)Their shoes are not the right size.
3)The shoe size is okay, but when you walk for a few hours, certain parts of the sole hurt.
4) you have played sports before, but you have had ankle injuries in the past.
5) wears slippers or socks at home for long periods of time.
6) you trip over nothing when you walk.

If you have any of these problems, you may be at risk of losing flexibility in your feet.
The following are some of the problems you need to consider.
1) Skin:If you have no problems, your skin will be smooth. (2) Sensation.
2) Sensation:When you roll the ball on the back of your body, do you feel the ball evenly?
3) There is no pain, is there?
4) Balance: Stand on one leg for 15 seconds. Close your eyes and raise your arms to your side.
If you can't do any of these four things, you're starting to have problems.
