Ethics and Leadership
Scandalous incidents that have occurred in organizations have highlighted the role of leaders in shaping the ethical climate of an organization. As a result, several studies across various organizational/professional contexts and climates have been investigated and have unanimously proven that ethical leadership is positively related to ethical climate.
However, because these studies conducted in the context of education are rare, the mechanisms involved between ethical leadership and ethical climate have not been addressed in the literature, and this paper reports the results of a study that investigated the mediating role of perceived leader integrity in the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical climate among teachers.
The data are.
collected from 336 teachers (105 males and 231 females) over three time periods using measures of ethical leadership, perceived leader integrity, ethical climate, and demographics.
Results.
The results of the OLS regression-based path analysis showed that.
1) Ethical leadership was positively related to perceived leader integrity.
2) Perceived leader integrity was positively related to ethical climate.
3) Ethical leadership was positively related to ethical climate.
The positive relationship between ethical leadership and ethical climate was mediated by perceived leader integrity.
In conclusion, it was shown that leadership in the field of education is based on a person's integrity to be able to speak ethically and to bring about ethical discipline.
Ethics is a universal discipline, a morality, a way of life, a universal code of right and wrong, right and wrong.

Conclusion
The results of the study indicated that integrity is required and that it is desirable to enact ethical statements and discipline for individuals in leadership positions in educational settings.
In my personal experience, I have never met an educator who could talk about ethics, and I have seen a lot of cocky people who make decisions based on their own right and wrong and act as if their decisions are the decisions of the organization.
Studies have shown that ethically disciplined workplaces attract ethically-minded people, while unethical people attract those who want to have a stake in the company, and ethical people leave. As a result, it is important to have people who are capable of leadership or not, because it leads to the image of the school.
Often, school rules are imposed on students to protect the image of the school, and often they are only imposed on things that are far from the image, such as grooming, hours, and other incomprehensible things.
It's so clean! Some people may say, "It's just a neat thing!" but it could be that the result of our interests is that there is now a scandal in the world as a result of the problems in the field and organizations.
We may have forgotten "ethics".
