Summary
The results of this study showed that nurses working in the departments in question had low levels of well-being, but I wonder if this could be true for many nurses. However, I think many nurses could be right.
The study found that the factors that contribute to low happiness are salary and job satisfaction, with salary being inadequate for the amount of work and responsibility, and job satisfaction being a lack of accomplishment in tasks.
It was stated that Iran has a sense of crisis about this situation because low happiness of nurses may be the source of low quality medical services, but I wonder how it is for nurses in Japan.
Due to the qualifications I have, I often meet people in the medical field where I work, so I hear a lot of unsatisfactory aspects as far as their experiences are concerned. Since it is a job, I think there are few people who are completely satisfied with their work, and those who are truly satisfied with their work are probably satisfied with the sense of accomplishment and compensation for what they are doing.
Medical care is also a service industry, but there are no fees paid for services, so I wonder how this will change when money is paid for these services. However, those who practice medicine for a living are likely to be kicked out by the idea of ・・・・.
