study

This time, I'd like to talk about how to get rid of the foods you don't like.

Do you have any foods that you dislike?

If you don't have a problem with a food you don't like, you may be able to leave it as it is, or you may be able to stop disliking it for some reason.

Perhaps this is only for people who are raising children, but the results of an experiment where the question, "How do I get rid of the food I don't like? Here are the results of an experiment on how to eliminate disliked foods.

Contents of the study

The intervention method used in the study was as simple as putting pictures of vegetables on school lunch trays at elementary schools.

The intake of vegetables was compared between intervention and non-intervention days, and on the intervention day, a picture of beans was pasted on the tray to study the intake. The results showed that the number of children who ate beans increased from 6.3% to 14.8%.

The same was done for carrots, with an increase from 11.6% to 36.8%. (p<0.001)

These results showed a significant increase in the intake of beans and vegetables per child.

Conclusions.

However, since the intervention was limited to two days, it is unclear what would happen in the long term.

Conclusion

This is a method that is easy to do and has been done for a long time, so anyone can do it.Rather than avoiding what you don't like, you can get used to it little by little and lose your resistance to it.

In psychotherapy, there are also methods such as exposure therapy, where people with plaza phobia are gradually made accustomed to the plaza.

I believe that people are capable of change, so even if you don't like something, you should be able to overcome it if there is nothing wrong with your physiology.

However, I don't like the smoke and smell of cigarettes, so that may be another thing.
